CONROE NOON LIONS CLUB

The Conroe Lions Club was chartered in 1939 with a group of 25 business men dedicated to improving their growing community. In 1986, the club changed its name to the Conroe Noon Lions Club and has since grown to be the second largest club in America and is a beacon of service to the Conroe area! At home and abroad, CNLC Lions are rolling up their sleeves and working to help five of the world’s most critical causes: Diabetes, the Environment, Hunger, Childhood Cancer, and Vision.

"Conroe Lions members recognized with TLC Life Member Awards"

On Jan. 28, 20-plus Conroe Noon Lions attended the Mid-Winter Conference and Bob Dowden Dinner at the Houston Marriott North Hotel and Conference Center...coordinated by our own Lion Shelia Thomas. The dinner benefits the Texas Lions Camp in Kerrville. Over $25,000 was raised through the dinner, silent and live auctions. A big highlight of the evening was four of our Lions receiving TLC Life Member Awards - Helen Thornton, Sheila Thomas, Tracy Irvine, and Charlie Irvine. Read the full article here!

"Make Time to Save Lives" Blood Drive

We had a great turn-out at the "Make Time to Save Lives" Blood Drive on Wednesday, January 25th! With the help of the Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center, we were able to collect 38 units of blood that can be used to help save countless lives! Thank you to everyone who donated time and blood!

Atten-DANCE at Reaves Elementary

In celebration of students who have perfect attendance, CNLC helped host a DANCE PARTY at Reaves Elementary, complete with cupcakes! Great job, Reaves Bees! You earned it!
